Urania Credits & Purchases — Version 1.0
What Urania Credits are
Urania Credits are units used for eligible Urania Online processing. They are not currency, cryptocurrency, electronic money, a bank account, an investment or a cash balance, and they cannot be redeemed for cash except where applicable law requires a remedy.
Purchased and promotional credits
Purchased credits and promotional/free credits are tracked separately. Free credits are used first. Purchased credits do not expire under the current Urania product policy. Promotional credits may be subject to clearly disclosed promotional conditions. Urania does not silently convert purchased credits into expiring credits.
Buying credits
In a Google Play-distributed build, eligible in-app purchases of Urania Credits are processed through Google Play Billing unless an authorised alternative is lawfully offered. The authoritative local price and purchase interface are provided by Google Play. Athvani does not receive your full payment-card credentials from Urania's purchase flow.
Quotes and charges
The number of credits required depends on the task, amount of information being processed and processing required. A Urania Credit is not a fixed number of tokens or a fixed amount of provider API spend. Before a chargeable request starts, Urania shows the maximum credits required. The service must not settle above the maximum you approved.
Reservations and settlement
An approved request can temporarily reserve the displayed maximum. When processing completes, Urania settles the actual credit charge up to that maximum and releases any unused reservation. A cancelled, expired or failed request follows the server's release/refund rules so the same processing is not charged twice.
Purchase verification and recovery
Credit grants are verified by Urania's server and are associated with the authenticated Urania Online account. Purchase tokens are processed idempotently to prevent duplicate grants. If Google Play reports success but credits do not appear, use Refresh/restore processing in Credits or contact support rather than purchasing repeatedly.
Refunds and reversals
Refund, cancellation and payment-remedy rights are governed by applicable law and the purchasing platform's rules. If Google Play reverses or voids a purchase after credits were granted, Urania may reverse remaining purchased credits and may require reconciliation before new paid Online processing can begin. Results already legitimately paid for are not silently removed solely because reconciliation is due.
Transfers
Credits are tied to the applicable Urania Online account and are not designed for sale or transfer between users.
Account deletion
Deleting a Urania Online account disables access to credits associated with that account. Review the deletion warning before confirming. Deletion does not waive any refund, chargeback or other remedy that applicable law requires.
Changes
Future pack sizes or prices may change prospectively. Credits already purchased remain subject to the terms applicable to them and mandatory consumer law. Material changes will be disclosed where required.
