This page is for Urania by Athvani. Deleting an Online account is different from deleting the app or clearing local History.
Delete from the app
Open Urania → Settings → Profile. In the signed-in Urania Online account area, choose the account/data deletion control. Read the warning and confirm only when you are ready. The app may require authentication-provider verification.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@athvani.com with the subject “Urania Online account deletion”. Send from the email associated with your sign-in account where possible, or explain that you cannot access it. Athvani may need to verify ownership before acting. Never send your password, API keys, authentication codes or full payment-card details. This email requests assistance; clicking the link does not automatically delete an account.

What the deletion flow removes
The service disables ordinary Online use, releases open reservations through normal cancellation, removes references and encryption keys needed to read remaining temporary Online request/result content, and attempts deletion of encrypted temporary objects. Storage lifecycle deletion is a backstop. The app also requests deletion of the authentication identity; provider verification or follow-up may be required.
What may be retained
A minimal authentication identifier and limited transaction, purchase, credit-ledger, fraud-prevention or security records may remain where reasonably necessary or legally required, including refunds, chargebacks and disputes. These records are separate from temporary prompt/result content. This page does not promise a universal retention period for those records.
Your credits and local data
Deleting the Online account disables access to credits associated with it, subject to mandatory refund or other legal remedies. Local History, recordings, downloaded models and local application data are separate and are not silently removed by Online account deletion. Use supported in-app or Android controls to remove local data; keep anything important before clearing data or uninstalling.
