Notice updated: 1 November 2026. Contact Athvani at support@athvani.com for website privacy enquiries.
Information you choose to send
The feedback form collects your selected topic, optional subject, message and optional reply email. The beta-request form collects your name, email and phone model. We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry, assess a beta request and follow up about that request. A beta request is not a purchase or a guarantee of access. Do not send passwords, provider API keys, payment details or sensitive recordings or documents.
How forms are delivered
The production site is configured for Netlify Forms. When enabled on that deployment, submitted fields pass through the hosting/form service to Athvani for review. Hosting and form services may also process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the service. Their handling depends on the deployed service configuration and applicable provider terms. The development preview does not submit either form; email support if the form is unavailable.
Cookies and browser storage
The current website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, non-essential cookies or persistent browser storage. Hosting-provider request processing is separate from the page code. This notice must be reviewed before adding tracking or changing form providers.
Retention and privacy requests
To ask about information sent through this website, request access or correction, or request deletion, email support@athvani.com. Identify the form and approximate submission date without including secrets. Ownership verification may be necessary. No fixed website-enquiry retention period or response deadline has been supplied for this notice; those operational details remain to be confirmed. This notice does not promise immediate deletion or the removal of records that must be retained under applicable law.
Urania is covered separately
On-Device AI, Urania Online and your own provider APIs have different data paths. See the Urania Privacy Policy, Urania Terms of Use, Credits & Purchases and Acceptable Use & AI Disclaimer. For an Online account, use the account-deletion instructions; deleting a website enquiry does not delete an app account or local History.
