On your phone
On-device tasks use models installed on your device. Initial setup and model download need an internet connection. The product plan describes encrypted storage and an optional fingerprint or face lock for app history; feature availability depends on the build and device. This is not a promise that every record is never transmitted.
When you choose online processing
Urania Online or your own API sends required request content through the selected service. Online use requires sign-in and may use credits. Your own provider may charge separately.
A note on published policy
The current Privacy Policy and legal snapshot remain authoritative. This overview does not expand its retention promises. See the Privacy Policy for precise terms and account controls, and the Online account deletion guide for the available request steps.
Permissions and recording
Camera access is needed to capture a photo; microphone access is needed for recording and optional Urania Please voice activation; calendar access is needed to add a reminder. Declining a permission limits that feature. Exact prompts vary by Android build. Tell people before recording and follow local law and workplace rules.
Online requests and credits
For chargeable Urania Online requests, review the maximum-credit approval in the app before continuing. Voice commands do not use Urania Online credits. Your provider’s own API may have separate terms and charges.
